PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 28, 2017, for an amount not to exceed $163,800.00. On March 31, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $661,038.79. On November 10, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract term through December 31, 2023, and funds for an amount not to exceed $853,508.40. On March 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $1,514,598.36. On March 22, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 for an amount not to exceed $2,786,413.38. On March 14, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 to increase the contract term through December 31, 2026, and funds for an amount not to exceed $3,117,382.51. On March 14, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 6 for an amount not to exceed $3,576,495.50. On April 3, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 7 for amount not to exceed $3,715,075.02. On March 10, 2026, the BOC approved Change Order No. 8 to increase contract term through December 31, 2028, and funds for an amount not to exceed $6,799,710.00. This contract consists of all products and services for the County’s Oracle Cloud Services platform. This request seeks to increase the contract’s term through December 31, 2029, and funds for the renewal of the existing software licenses, as well as the support and maintenance related to the County’s Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud Services. The County utilizes this cloud-based system to manage the County's workforce infrastructure.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order 9 with:
Oracle America, Inc., Oracle Pkwy, Red Shores, CA 94065
Amount Not To Exceed $13,093,995.76
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
