This contract consists of professional services, hosting, software and technical support for an all-inclusive Records Management Solution for Emergency Medical services and National Fire Incident Reporting System. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 28, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $522,781.31. On December 19, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No.1, to correct the contract funds amount due to an error in the initial quote for FY26 and FY27 pricing for Elite Rescue support, for an amount not to exceed $1,380.22. On May 14, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2, to increase the contract funds to add Community Health and Data Mart software modules for an amount not to exceed $124,273.43. This request seeks to increase the contract funds to add the Health Information Hub app module for the life of the contract. The Health Information Hub (HIH) module will allow DeKalb County Fire Rescue to provide patient care reports (PCR's) when a DeKalb County Fire Rescue ambulance transports a patient to a hospital emergency department. This module will also bring Fire Rescue in full alignment with the guidelines established by the Georgia Department of Public Health related to Mandatory Reporting Requirements for Emergency Medical Agencies and Medics statewide Regulation 511-9-2-14.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:

Amount Not To Exceed: $41,980.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
