PURPOSE:
Awarded on April 15, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $65,000.00. On September 24, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $287,000.00. On July 26, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $80,000.00. On October 24, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $222,075.00. This contract consists of obtaining licenses, as well as ongoing software maintenance, customization, and support of the County’s Jcats, a web-based case management software used by the County. This system serves as a central repository for daily tracking of court case information. This request seeks to increase contract funds and term through December 31, 2029 for the 3-year purchase of licenses and maintenance support services.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 4 with:
Canyon Solutions, Inc, 40 N. Central Ave, Suite 1400, Phoenix, Arizona, 85004
Amount Not To Exceed: $233,178.75
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
