PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on October 10, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $300,000.00. On February 14, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. On August 27, 2024, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option through October 31, 2025, for an amount not to exceed $800,000.00. On September 23, 2025, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option through October 31, 2026, for an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. This contract consists of providing low-voltage and security camera installations, as well as moves, additions and changes of data, voice, and multimedia cabling at various facilities within the County. This request seeks to increase contract funds for the continuation of necessary cabling and installations at various County facilities.
