PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 14, 2024, for an amount not to exceed $397,748,00. On June 26, 2024, Amendment No. 1 was executed to add additional office space and increase funds for an amount not to exceed $78,000.00. This contract consists of the leasing office and parking spaces located at 160 Clairemont Avenue, Decatur, Georgia 30030, to facilitate the Solicitor-General’s daily operations and other essential County activities. This request seeks to increase the contract’s term through February 29, 2028, and funds. This request also seeks to add additional office spaces to ensure continuity of operations. These leased office and parking spaces are critical for ensuring that County staff has adequate work areas to deliver efficient and effective services to the residents of DeKalb County.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Regus Management Group, LLC, 160 Clairemont Avenue, Suite 200, Decatur, Georgia 30030
Amount Not To Exceed: $348,000.00
and authorized the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Change Order and all associated documents.
