CO2 - Change Order No. 2 for Contract Nos.: 1231540, 1231542, 1231546, 1231550 and 1231552 Engineering and Design Services for Public Works Transportation & Infrastructure (Multiyear Contract): for use by Public Works-Transportation. These contracts consist of providing engineering services to initiate design of selected public works infrastructure improvement projects for the County. This request seeks approval to transfer funds between contracts based on the needs of the County. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on December 8, 2020, to five (5) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $3,500,000.00. On July 11, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contracts to allow new work assignments to continue to be made and completed during the contract term for a total amount not to exceed $1,527,622.20. These contracts consist of providing professional engineering services for the design and construction of various projects including, but not limited to intersections, sidewalks, and roadway improvements, streetscapes, localized drainage projects, traffic signalization projects, bridge replacements, infrastructure improvements and related projects.
This request seeks approval to transfer funds between contracts based on the needs of the County.
