PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on August 22, 2023, for use by Property Appraisal for an amount not to exceed $300,000.00. On May 14, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to add P&S as a user department and add funds for an amount not to exceed $129,000.00. On December 17, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to add GIS as a user department and to add funds for an amount not to exceed $237,413.00. This contract consists of backfile scanning and document digitization services. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided contract extension and increase the contract funds and term through December 31, 2026.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:

 

Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, Inc., 1595 Spring Hill Road, Suite 410, Vienna, VA 22102

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $125,000.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
