PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on December 12, 2017, for an amount not to exceed $400,000. On December 4, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract’s term to December 31, 2019. On November 19, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to extend the contract’s term to December 31, 2020. On November 17, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00 and extended the contract term to December 31, 2023. On October 24, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 for an amount not to exceed $336, 760.00. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 and extended the contract term to December 31, 2024. This request is to extend the contract’s term to December 31, 2025 as DoIT continues to expand system capabilities and to add additional funding not to exceed $100,000.00 to allow the next phase to be implemented, including the citizen access portal.

Recommended Action

Recommend the approval of Change Order No. 6 with:

 

Speridian Technologies, LLC, 2400 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $100,00.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
