PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on March 28, 2017, for an amount not to exceed $163,800.00.  On March 31, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $661,038.79. On November 10, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract term through December 31. 2023 and funds for an amount not to exceed $853,508.40. On March 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $1,514,598.36. On March 22, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 for an amount not to exceed $2,786,413.38. On March 14, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 to increase the contract term through December 31, 2026, and funds for an amount not to exceed $3,117,382.51. On March 14, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 6 for an amount not to exceed $3,576,495.50. This request seeks to increase the contract funds for the renewal of the existing software licenses, as well as the support and maintenance related to the County’s HCM Cloud Services, the County utilizes this cloud-based system to manage the County's workforce infrastructure.
