PURPOSE:
Consists of providing water meter installations, upgrades, and replacements. Two (2) proposals were received-one (1) for Option A: Cul De Sac and Service Line Replacement, and one (1) for Option B: New Water Meter Installation Project. DWM has opted to award the contract to the sole proposer for Option B only, as water meter installation is a top priority. This contract will be used to meet the demand of new development by installing water meters during construction and to address the current backlog of service line renewals. DWM has decided not to request an award for Option A at this time.
