PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 22, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $22,957,580.00. On November 17, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term through December 31, 2021. On December 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to extend the contract term through December 31, 2022. On June 14, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to extend the contract term to December 31, 2023 for an amount of $15,895,624.37. This contract consists of design, permit, and construction services for rehabilitating and improving the gravity sewer system. The proposed change will allow for the completion of the project.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 4 with:
Garney Companies, Inc., 5895 Shiloh Road, Suite 114, Alpharetta, GA 30005
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
