PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on December 4, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $253,990.20.  Consists of piggy backing off of the competitively let Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) Contract #9800-GTA794-V and the Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement #020221-NWF to provide vehicle routing and tracking capabilities necessary for the efficient operation of the aforementioned departments.  The Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement #020221-NWF has been added DWM to address the pressing need for over 100 assets that have expired GPS units.  This contract has more functionality/benefits to meet their needs.  The other departments will continue to utilize the #9800-GTA794-V Contract.

Recommend approval to renew the #9800-GTA794-V Contract and to utilize the Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement #020221-NWF with:
