PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 10, 2002 for the purchase of Oracle Applications, a software system for financial management which included technical support services and licensing for the term of the agreement. On March 24, 2009, the BOC approved the annual cost for additional licenses and to renew any license or service expirations for a total amount not to exceed $619,289.64. On November 14, 2017, the BOC approved additional funding for an amount not to exceed $1,864,900.43. This software is proprietary and Oracle America is the only source with access to the necessary information to provide support and licensing. This request is to exercise the annual maintenance renewal for the purchase of technical support and licensing through March 25, 2020.
