PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on December 13, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $2,862,170.00. This contract consists of the implementation and support of the DA and PD case management system and data sharing. This request seeks to increase contract funds to expand the system to include additional cases and data sets.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:

Amount Not To Exceed: $1,745,430.00

 

and authorized the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Change Order and all associated documents.
