PURPOSE:
To approve a transfer of the unspent D6 Reserves for Appropriations to an RPCA CIP for D6 Beautification related projects.
NEED/IMPACT:
Based on conservative 2025 D6 Reserve for Appropriation allocations there is a funding that has not been allocated. OMB is working on closing and balancing the D6 operations budget and expenditures. This agenda seeks approval to transfer all unspent D6 Reserves for Appropriations to RPCA to a CIP for 2026 D6 Beautification related projects.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact. Balance is pending OMB’s review of the balance unspent in the D6 Reserves for Appropriation account budget line
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the request to transfer the unspent D6 Reserves for Appropriations to an RPCA CIP for D6 Beautification projects for that will be finalized by OMB and to have the Chief Executive Officer or her designee to execute any necessary documents.
