PURPOSE:
Awarded on August 26, 2022, as an emergency contract for an amount not to exceed $99,999.00. On February 28, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase funding for an amount not to exceed $325,000.00 and contract term through February 28, 2024. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase funding for an amount not to exceed $540,000.00 and contract term through February 28, 2025. On February 27, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase funding for an amount not to exceed $485,680.00 and to add the Courthouse Fire Panel project to the contract. On September 24, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to increase funds for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00 and to add the Department of Watershed Management to the contract.
