PURPOSE:
Consists of purchasing repair services inclusive of parts and labor for repair of HVAC systems at Scott Candler Water Treatment Plant, Snapfinger Wastewater Treatment Plant, and Pole Bridge Wastewater Treatment Plant. Trane Company is the original equipment manufacturer and proprietary owner the software and diagnostic tools necessary for diagnosing and repairing the commercial HVAC systems at the wastewater plants. This request seeks to establish a three-year agreement.
