PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 11, 2025 for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00. On October 14, 2025, the BOC approved an additional award to Brown Electrical Services for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00 after the award to an additional bidder was rescinded, making the total award to Brown Electrical $1,250,000.00. The contract consists of providing inspection and repair of switchgear equipment at water and wastewater treatment plants. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided term increase and to exercise the 1st renewal option through March 31, 2027.
