PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 12, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $401,295.01. On February 11, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $401,295.01. On February 9, 2021, the BOC approved the 2nd and final renewal option for an amount not to exceed $240,000.00. On June 8, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $24,125.00. On October 12, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $538,466.00 and the extension of the contract to December 31, 2023. This contract consists of providing implementation and data mitigation services for the Cityworks Asset Management software. Services are required to have R&D's Oracle EBS work management data set mitigated into the new CityWorks AMS work order database and Oracle 311. This request consists of increasing funding and the contract term to December 31, 2024 to allow for migration of Oracle WAM and the incorporation of DeKalb Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants into CityWorks.
