PURPOSE:

Consists of piggybacking off the U.S. Communities competitively-let cooperative agreement, Lead Agency, Charlotte, North Carolina County of Mecklenburg to purchase and install new playground equipment. This request also includes the removal and disposal of the old playground equipment and the upgrade of the turf surfacing to Poured-in-Place.
