This contract consists of providing on call engineering services that primarily includes engineering studies, design, land surveying, construction administration, and related services for water and wastewater projects under the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Consent Decree (CD). PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 8, 2022, to six (6) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $48,000,000.00. These contracts consist of providing on-call engineering services. The scope of services will be in furtherance of the following phases: Project Management; Basis of Design Report (BDR) including 10% design; Survey/Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE); Geotechnical Engineering; (30%) percent design and constructability review; 60% Construction Documents; (90%) percent Contract Documents and Permitting; Final Design (100 % Construction Plans); Bidding and Negotiating; Construction Administration; Post Construction, Start-Up and System Performance Guarantee; and Additional Services as Requested. These contracts will provide on call and as needed engineering services to support the County's Watershed Management Engineering staff.
