PURPOSE:
Allocate $18.800.00 from 2001 District 2 Bond Account 600010 for improvements to the Briarlake Park entrance.
NEED/IMPACT:
The allocated funding will be used for the improvement of the Briarlake Park entrance improving access and safety for visitors to the park.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The cost of the improvement is estimated to be $18,800.00 and 2001 District 2 Bond Account 600010 will be the proposed funding source. Specially, the following accounts have been identified for funding:
1). 104493.80314.541200.05.600010 - $1,749.80
2). 105110.80314.541200.06.600010 - $6,501.00
3). 105732.80314.541200.06.600010 - $175.47
4). 104357.80314.541200.06.600010 - $10,373.73
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve funding from 2001 District 2 Park Bond Account 600010 for the improvement of the Briarlake Park entrance; and, to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents to complete the projects.
