PURPOSE:
To consider approval of the termination of the Standardized Office Space Lease Agreement for Office 120B with Rodney L. Harper, effective January 30, 2024.
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the termination.
NEED/IMPACT:
In accordance with the Standardized Office Space Lease Agreement, Section 10.D, Cancellation, the Airport as Lessor, desires to terminate the Agreement for Office 120B because the Lessee has relocated to a nursing home away from Atlanta.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no cost to the County.
