PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 22, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $22,957,580.00. On November 17, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term through December 31, 2021. On December 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to extend the contract term through December 31, 2022. On June 14, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to extend the contract term to December 31, 2023 for an amount not to exceed $15,895,624.37. This contract consists of, but is not limited to, the following activities: sewer pipe replacement with same diameter or larger length sewer lining; point repairs; manhole interior coating or lining; manhole height adjustment and/or frame and cover adjustment or replacement; connection sealing; and/or manhole replacement at various locations. Direct additional cost to acquire easement though lengthy negotiations and unexpected delays due to an increase in rock and unsuitable soils encountered has caused the original completion date to be extended.
