PURPOSE:
This request is to purchase seventy-five (75) LPR Cameras (Phase 5) for an initial twenty-four (24) months and an automatic renewal for twenty-four (24) months. This purchase of Flock cameras provides the ability to provide real time alerts for stolen vehicles, wanted persons, and other criminal activity associated with a vehicle and/or person. The purchase includes installation and maintenance services. This is proprietary equipment, and the vendor is the sole provider of the comprehensive monitoring, and the processing of machine vision services.

Recommend approval of the sole source with:
Flock Group, Inc. dba Flock Safety, 1170 Howell Mill Road, N.W, Atlanta, GA 30318
Amount Not To Exceed: $498,750.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
