NEED/IMPACT:
The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) and the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) have awarded $100,000.00 towards a comprehensive bicycle and pedestrian connectivity study within an approximate two mile radius of the Clifton Corridor.  The study will recommend facility types and locations to connect with major generators, activity centers, transit and exiting pedestrian/bicycle networks.

FISCAL IMPACT:
By accepting this funding, DeKalb County will no longer be required to fund the 20% local match for the federal funds.
