PURPOSE:

This request seeks to ratify Purchase Order No. 5047929 for the emergency purchase of repainting services to restore the integrity of various lines, symbols, and patterns.

Recommend ratification of emergency purchase under Purchase Order No. 5047929 with:

 

Peek Pavement Marking, LLC, 4600 Peek Industrial Dr, Columbus, GA 31909

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $591,250.00

2. Justification:                      Urgent need as approximately 70 miles are in critical need of repainting due to imminent public safety risks.
