PURPOSE:
On December 10, 2002, the BOC approved the purchase the Oracle applications with all licenses and technical support for an amount not to exceed $2,027,751.94. On March 24, 2009, the BOC approved the renewal of all Oracle platform licenses for an amount not to exceed $619,289.64. On February 9, 2010, the BOC approved the renewal of all Oracle Platform licenses for an amount not to exceed $797,184.60. On January 14, 2011, the BOC approved the renewal of all Oracle platform licenses, for an amount not to exceed $930,319.28. On February 28, 2012, the BOC approved the renewal of all Oracle platform licenses and support for an amount not to exceed $1,029,369.28. On December 12, 2012, the BOC approved the renewal of all Oracle platform licenses and support for an amount not to exceed $897,685.21.
