PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on March 23, 2021, to four (4) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $1,108,000.00. On March 8, 2022, the BOC approved the 1st renewal to all four (4) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $1,408,000.00. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 1244308 (Galls) in an amount not to exceed $325,000.00 and to approve the modification to the Sarfariland Xtreme SX panel set. On March 14, 2023, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal to three (3) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $1,071,000.00. These contracts consist of the purchase of County work uniforms for public safety personnel. This request is to exercise the 3rd renewal option through March 31, 2025.
