PURPOSE:

Awarded on September 11, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $90,000.00.  On May 9, 2019, Change Order No. 1 was approved to increase the contract amount by $10,000.00 for additional pest control services to include installing extra mouse boxes and termite services.  On October 22, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.   This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option.

Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option through October 30, 2021 with:

Power House Termite and Pest Control, 157 Burke Street, Suite 113, Stockbridge, GA 30281

Amount Not To Exceed: $100,000.00
