PURPOSE:
On August 8, 2017, the BOC approved the sole source for an amount not to exceed $245,327.64. The sole source consists of software license fees and support services for HP servers used by all County business units for archiving, data storage and education hours. The County has utilized this software since FY09 and it was previously procured via Statewide Contract No. 90813, annually approved by the BOC. The software is propriety and HP is the only source that can provide its education, licensing and support.
