PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 13, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $1,151,320.00. On June 28, 2016, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $1,632,000.00. This contract consists of providing delivery of complete, high quality, preventative maintenance (e.g. roof, trash compactor, pump station, food service equipment and security systems) services.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option through June 30, 2018 from the Statewide Contract No. 90806 for an amount not to exceed $2,320,600.00 with:
CGL Facility Management LLC, 795 East Lanier Avenue, Fayetteville, GA 30214
Amount Not To Exceed: $2,320,600.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
