PURPOSE:

Atlanta Gas Light has requested an additional 3,224 square feet of permanent easement adjacent to the existing 50-foot easement at Constitution Lakes Park.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

To authorize AGL a permanent easement adjacent to an existing 50-foot easement.  The existing easement will be expanded to include an additional 3,224 square feet.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

Recommended Action

Authorizing the Chief Executive Officer or designee to execute any necessary documents.
