PURPOSE:
Fire Rescue Services is requesting to accept a donation from the Georgia Forestry Commission estimated to be in an in excess of $2,500.00 for a 1992 International chassis / flatbed hauler for the purpose of hauling the forestry fire dozier to fire scenes.
NEED/IMPACT:
This unit will replace the current 1982 model truck that was donated by the Georgia Forestry Commission.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No cost to the county.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
