PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 10, 2020 for an amount not to exceed three percent (3%) for online sales & five percent (5%) for onsite sales. This contract consists of generating revenue through the auctioning of vehicles, trucks, tractors, heavy equipment, office furniture, and various other surplus properties of the County. This request seeks to increase the contract term through December 31, 2025.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Adesa Atlanta, LLC, 5055 Oakley Industrial Blvd., Fairburn, GA 30213
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
