This contract consists of providing services to transport election equipment and materials to polling sites for the 2025 election cycles. This request seeks to ratify previously provided forty-five (45) day contract term increase, effective January 1, 2025. PURPOSE:
On October 8, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 Emergency Purchase for an amount not to exceed $130,000.00. This contract consists of providing commercial mover services to transport voting equipment and materials to polling sites for the 2025 election cycles.
This request seeks to ratify previously provided forty-five (45) day contract term increase, effective January 1, 2025. This request also seeks approval to increase the contract term through December 31, 2025 to continue services for the 2025 election cycles.
