PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on July 25, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $138,575.00. On August 27, 2024, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option through July 31, 2025 for an amount not to exceed $157,500.00 and ratified a previously provided forty-five (45) day contract term increase, effective as of August 1, 2024. On August 26, 2025, the BOC ratified a previously provided contract term increase and funds in the amount of $24,564.00 for services provided during the 1st renewal term and exercised the 2nd renewal option through July 31, 2026 for an amount not to exceed $156,554.00. This contract consists of providing the production and installation of vinyl decals for County vehicles. This request seeks to increase the contract term and funds through March 31, 2027 to allow for updates of the specifications for the various departments. Ensuring that decals and identifying markings are clearly visible allows the public to quickly recognize public safety personnel supports accountability, public trust, safety and professionalism.
