PURPOSE:
Seek for the approval of the Board of Commissioners to accept the donation of 100 First Responder Kits4Kids kits, valued at $2,000
NEED/IMPACT:
The kits will support our response to incidents involving children. These kits include age-appropriate items designed to comfort, engage, and reduce anxiety for pediatric patients during stressful situations, while also assisting responders with patient cooperation and overall scene management.
FISCAL IMPACT:
100 kits are valued at $2,000 with zero fiscal impact to DeKalb County as all kits will be donated
