PURPOSE:
Consists of providing maintenance and or rehabilitation to sanitary sewer lines that have been identified through OSARP to minimize sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs). Also included is Data collection of the work performed using Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and Totally Integrated Sonar and Camera Inspection Technique (TISCIT). CCTV and or TISIT will be used to identify the percentage of blockage, once pipe has been rehabilitated, using bypass pumping and or pipe replacement, CCTV and TISCIT will be used again to verify the blockage has been cleared. This contract will help address urgent sanitary sewer rehabilitation needs through the County, minimizing sanitary sewer overflows. Four (4) bids were received.
