PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 23, 2025, for a total amount not to exceed $950,000.00. These contracts consist of the purchase of various lubricants such as motor oil, hydraulic fluids, and transmission fluids for various County vehicles and on-site equipment. Various lubricants are needed to service a fleet of over 3,700 vehicles and pieces of equipment, as well as treatment plants for the Department of Watershed Management (DWM). This request seeks to exercise the first renewal option through September 30, 2027.
