PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on December 12, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. On December 4, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract’s term to December 31, 2019. Speridian Technologies is the only Oracle partner with the proprietary GOV Cx 311 Accelerator tool. The implementation has been delayed due to internal issues within the vendor’s business. This request is to extend the contract’s term to December 31, 2020 to allow the work to be completed.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:

 

Speridian Technolgies, LLC 2400 Louisiana Blvd., NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110

 

and to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
