PURPOSE:
Application of the Director of Planning & Sustainability to modify the 2026-27 Zoning, SLUP, and Land Use Amendment Calendar to reflect the public hearing date change for the July Board of Commissioners’ Zoning meeting from July 23, 2026 to August 13, 2026.
NEED/IMPACT:
The Board of Commissioners’ have changed their approved schedule for meetings in July. This item would bring the Zoning meeting in-line with the other scheduled meetings. The impact appears minimal, as there are no previously established P.M. Zoning meetings in August. No other previously established Zoning Calendar dates for 2026-27 will be altered by this change.
