PURPOSE:
The Company is undertaking the construction of seventy-eight (78) single-family homes located at 4962, 4964, 4994, and 5046 Rockbridge Road, Stone Mountain, GA 30008 (the "Project"). The Project will require upgrading and expanding portions of the existing sanitary sewer infrastructure lines to accommodate additional discharge of water into the Sewer System (the "Improvements"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the County's Department of Watershed Management and its contractors completed the Improvements. The Company is to contribute to the County the monetary amount of Ninety-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($95,000.00) as the appropriate method of cost sharing upon completion of the Improvements and before the Company shall be allowed access to the County's sanitary sewer system as set forth in the Agreement (the "Company Contribution").

NEED/IMPACT:
The Company has in good faith diligently proceeded with the necessary entitlements in order to develop the Project. Currently, the Project is still in the lot combination and plat consolidation phase. The Company will still need to proceed with and complete a sketch plat review and approval prior to being in a position to seek land disturbance permits and commence the upgrades and expansion of the existing sanitary sewer infrastructure and lines set forth in the Agreement.
