PURPOSE:
To consider approval of termination of the Standardized T-Hangar Shop ‘G’ Lease Agreement with Skybound Aviation, LLC., effective September 30, 2026; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Agreement.
NEED/IMPACT:
In compliance with the current T-Hangar Shop Space Lease Agreement, Section 7, Termination, the County and the Lessee desire to terminate the Lease Agreement for convenience of not using or needing the space any longer.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This is the termination of a revenue generating lease. There is no cost to the County.
