PURPOSE:
Consists of designing new multi-use trail from the end of the existing South River Trail at Waldrop Road to Flakes Mill Road near Narvie Harris Elementary School. The total length of the project is approximately 2.8 miles. The consultant will provide all preliminary engineering design services based on the Georgia Department of Transportation's Plan Development Process (PDP) for concept reports thru final design. Five (5) proposals were received.
