PURPOSE:
To consider approval of the termination of the Standardized Office Space Lease Agreement for Office 2I with
Robert Marslender Real Estate Services, LLC, effective January 31, 2026.
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the termination.
NEED/IMPACT:
In accordance with the Standardized Office Lease Agreement, Section 10.D, Cancellation, the Lessee desires to cancel the Lease Agreement for Office 2I because the office is no longer needed.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no cost to the County.
