PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 18, 2025, for an amount not to exceed $392,837.00. This contract consists of the provision of the PROSECUTORbyKarpel® (PbK) case management system including installation, companion services and annual subscription. This request seeks to increase the contract’s funds to facilitate data extraction into the newly integrated PbK system, ensuring a smooth transition. This requisite will enable the Solicitor-General's Office to completely utilize the newly acquired system, facilitating access to essential information for the County’s operations.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Karpel Computer Systems, Inc., dba Karpel Solutions, 9717 Landmark Parkway, St. Louis, MO 63127
Amount Not To Exceed: $32,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
