PURPOSE:
DeKalb Opioid Recovery Program would address the needs of the population that the DeKalb CSB treats who are uninsured and unfunded citizens of DeKalb County
NEED/IMPACT:
To address an increasing need for substance abuse treatment in DeKalb County;
FISCAL IMPACT:
$300,000 to be transferred from 09110.521209.100
