PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 13, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $968,176.84 to complete four park locations. This contract consists of upgrades and renovations for Parks, Playgrounds, and Recreational Areas. This request seeks to ratify an increase to the scope of work and contract funds to allow for additional surfacing for the newly installed playground at Medlock Park.
