PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 28, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $2,444,555.00. On May 24, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for developmental and ongoing management of the County's Employee Health & Wellness website which will allow a single access point to improve employee communications and engagement and to limit vendor liability limitations to $2.5 million dollars at no cost to the County. This contract consists of providing professional brokerage and consulting services in the selection and management of health and welfare benefits for County employees and retirees. Insurance programs include but are not limited to health, dental, vision, life, voluntary benefits, and other specialized plans.
This request is to increase funding and extend the contract term for a two-year period through December 31, 2026.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
Buck Global, LLC, 100 Galleria Parkway, SE, Suite 1060, Atlanta, GA 30339
Amount Not To Exceed: $985,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
